GTI Bookings – Terms & Conditions

1. Bookings & Payments

All bookings are non-refundable. Full payment is required at the time of booking.
Tickets are non-transferable unless explicitly agreed in writing by GTI Bookings.
Prices are per ticket or per group as stated, and maximum group sizes are strictly enforced.
Your booking confirmation email constitutes proof of purchase.

2. Rescheduling & Cancellations

Bookings may be rescheduled once with a minimum of 48 hours’ notice, subject to availability.
Requests made with less than 48 hours’ notice will result in loss of booking with no refund.
Failure to attend or late arrival may be treated as a no-show.
GTI Bookings reserves the right to cancel or reschedule events due to unforeseen circumstances. Where this occurs, an alternative date will be offered.

3. Age & Participant Requirements

Minimum age requirements are clearly stated for each experience.
Valid photo ID may be required.
Participants under 18 must be accompanied by a responsible adult where permitted.
Participants must disclose any medical conditions that could affect safety or participation.

4. Health, Safety & Suitability

Experiences may include low lighting, loud noises, confined spaces, and intense themes.
Experiences are not suitable for individuals with heart conditions, epilepsy, severe anxiety, pregnancy, or similar conditions.
Participation is entirely at your own risk.
All guests must follow staff instructions at all times.
GTI Bookings reserves the right to remove any participant displaying unsafe or disruptive behaviour, without refund.

5. Liability & Assumption of Risk

No guarantees are made regarding paranormal activity.
GTI Bookings, its staff, and property owners accept no liability for personal injury, loss, or damage except where required by law.
Participants attend voluntarily and accept all inherent risks associated with the venue and experience.
Personal belongings are brought entirely at the participant’s own risk.

6. Property & Equipment

All venues and equipment must be treated with respect.
Any damage caused by participants will be charged accordingly.
Provided equipment must be used as instructed.
Personal equipment may be brought unless otherwise stated.

7. Photography, Filming & Media

Photography and video recording are permitted unless stated otherwise.
Live streaming is permitted only where advertised.
GTI Bookings reserves the right to use photos or footage captured during events for promotional purposes unless opted out in writing prior to the event.
CCTV recording is in operation for safety and security.

8. Conduct

Alcohol, illegal substances, and aggressive or abusive behaviour are strictly prohibited.
Any participant removed due to misconduct will not be entitled to a refund.

9. Force Majeure

GTI Bookings is not responsible for cancellations or disruptions caused by events beyond its control, including extreme weather, power outages, or emergencies.
Where possible, rescheduling will be offered.

10. Data Protection & Communications

Personal data is handled in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
Booking confirmations and event communications will be sent using the contact details provided at checkout.

11. Complaints & Contact

Any questions, concerns, or complaints should be submitted in writing to bookings@gtibookings.com.
GTI Bookings will aim to respond to all correspondence within a reasonable timeframe.

12. Consumer Rights

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions affects your statutory consumer rights under UK law.

13. Acceptance of Terms

By making a booking, customers confirm they have read and accepted these Terms & Conditions.
Terms may be updated at any time; the version in effect at the time of booking will apply.

14. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
