We are Dan Spragg and Adam Oakley, and for the last six years we’ve been travelling all over the world chasing the weird, the creepy, and the completely unexplainable. We stream our paranormal investigations live, take our community with us, and do everything we can to catch real paranormal activity on camera — no scripts, no staged nonsense.
GTI has grown into one of the biggest paranormal duos out there, and now we’re opening the door for you too. We’ve started securing our own locations that you can book and investigate privately, your way.

Take part in an exclusive paranormal investigation held by Dan and Adam for you and up to 6 people. Make full use of the GTI equipment and have access all areas for a full two hours!

Ready for the full experience? Undertake a full for our paranormal investigation at the house exclusively for yourself and up to 5 other people. Lead by Dan and Adam, we will undergo four hours of ghost hunting. This price gives you access from the house from 8 pm until 8 am and includes the overnight stay. Make full use of the GTI equipment and even get some alone time to do your own investigating.

Whether you are an experienced paranormal team or just a group of friends looking to try something new , The House is available for full private hire from 8 pm until 8 am. This price is for a maximum of six people and includes your overnight stay. Equipment is provided if you do not have any, but you are more than welcome to bring your own. Videos, photos and live streaming all permitted from the venue.
