Private Overnight Investigation (Unguided)

This booking offers exclusive, private access to The House for established paranormal teams or small groups of friends who want the freedom to conduct their own investigation, their way.

This is a fully unguided experience. Dan and Adam do not take part in this event and will not be investigating with you. A member of our team will be present only to grant access at the start of the night and secure the property at the end.

From 8:00pm until 8:00am, your group (maximum 6 people) has full access to the house, including the option to sleep over on-site. You are free to structure the night as you wish, conduct your own experiments, and investigate without interference.

You may:

Bring and use your own paranormal equipment

Film, livestream, and share any media you capture

Investigate freely throughout the property

For groups with little or no experience, a basic equipment package is provided at the house, allowing first-time investigators to take part without needing specialist gear.

This experience is ideal for those who want complete autonomy, extended access, and the ability to work without guidance or restriction.

No investigation support is provided during the night

Guests sleeping over must bring their own bedding
