Have you ever walked into a place and felt that something wasn’t quite right?
The House is not a set, a story, or a theme attraction. It’s a real property with a documented history and years of reported unexplained activity — a location we, Dan and Adam, have investigated extensively as part of Ghost Trip Investigation (GTI).
Through GTI Bookings, we invite members of the public to step inside and experience this location for themselves. Whether you arrive curious, sceptical, or already passionate about the paranormal, our events are designed to give you direct involvement in a genuine investigation — not a performance.
Our experiences range from short introductory sessions to full overnight investigations. When hosted by us, investigations are structured, immersive, and led using the same professional equipment and methods you’ve seen in our work on screen. You’ll be encouraged to ask questions, take part in experiments, and form your own conclusions based on what you experience inside the house.

Take part in an exclusive paranormal investigation held by Dan and Adam for you and up to 6 people. Make full use of the GTI equipment and have access all areas for a full two hours!
full 4 hour investigation
Ready for the full experience? Undertake a full for our paranormal investigation at the house exclusively for yourself and up to 5 other people. Lead by Dan and Adam, we will undergo four hours of ghost hunting. This price gives you access from the house from 8 pm until 8 am and includes the overnight stay. Make full use of the GTI equipment and even get some alone time to do your own investigating.

Whether you are an experienced paranormal team or just a group of friends looking to try something new , The House is available for full private hire from 8 pm until 8 am. This price is for a maximum of six people and includes your overnight stay. Equipment is provided if you do not have any, but you are more than welcome to bring your own. Videos, photos and live streaming all permitted from the venue.
